Water-based acrylic micro concrete resins - Acricem

Acricem is the B component of our two-component micro concrete systems. Water-based acrylic resins with excellent performance that provide adhesion, hardness and flexibility to the treated coatings.

Our resins for micro concrete stand out for their easy application and outstanding mechanical resistance. Completely solvent-free, these acrylic and water-based resins are used to consolidate cementitious surfaces.

Depending on the field of application and use, there are two types of resins within the Acricem family. On the one hand, Acricem, which shares the name of the range, and which is used as a B-component for the Sttandard, Natture systems. On the other hand, Acricem Pool, specifically for Atlanttic micro concrete swimming pools.

Acricem

Resin for two-component micro concrete

Acricem is the two-component micro concrete resin. Specifically, it forms the B component of our Sttandard, Natture micro concrete systems. This water-based acrylic resin significantly increases the mechanical performance of the coating as well as the impermeability of the mortar.

The product is supplied ready for use and can also be applied as a primer in a single coat by roller or brush. In this case, it will be necessary to wait a minimum of 30 minutes and never more than 24 hours to apply the first coat of micro concrete on the substrate.

Among the many qualities of this resin for microcement, it is worth highlighting the reduction of cracks due to shrinkage. It also gives greater cohesion and plasticity to the mortar or concrete when fresh.

Resin for swimming pool microcement

Acricem Pool is a unique micro concrete resin for swimming pools. Developed specifically for the Atlanttic Aquaciment system, this water-based acrylic resin exponentially multiplies water impermeability as well as water vapour permeability.

A resin for micro concrete that includes water repellents in its formula, repelling water and therefore being the perfect complement for swimming pool basins. With low water absorption, it creates safe crack-free spaces thanks to its superior mechanical resistance.
