Two-component water-based polyurethane varnish of superior resistance

TopSealer® WT One Coat is a two-component water-based polyurethane varnish used to preserve and protect microcement. Among its many qualities, it stands out as a sealant that intensifies chemical resistance, reduces its drying time and guarantees exquisite workability.

This water-based varnish, which facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of microcement, is highly resistant to wear, abrasion and scratches, chemicals and dirt. Although it does not yellow outdoors, it guarantees maximum performance indoors.

TopSealer® WT One Coat polyurethane sealer is suitable for application on multiple substrates: metals, stamped concrete and cement floors, parquet and wood. It is formulated to be applied noticeably faster than before, thus considerably speeding up the execution time of the works.

As for the finishes offered by this polyurethane varnish, we find matt, satin and glossy varnish.

Two-component water-based polyurethane varnish for wet areas

TopSealer® WT Dragon is another high performance waterborne polyurethane varnish. Two-component, it is designed to protect microcement.

However, its versatility allows this water-based varnish to be used to protect wood, parquet and sports fields, among other surfaces.

What sets TopSealer® WT Dragon polyurethane sealer apart is its superior chemical and high traffic resistance. Two virtues that make it the most competent for wet areas, such as bathrooms, and for coatings that suffer from the inherent wear and tear of high traffic.

Its remarkable performance is transferred to the outdoors, being our most recommended polyurethane varnish for outdoor spaces. In terms of finishes, this product is available in gloss, satin, matte and supermate.

Fast-drying water-based polyurethane varnish

Topsealer WT Quick Dry is a polyurethane, water-based and acrylic varnish suitable for the protection of microcement.

One of the main characteristics of this water-based polyurethane varnish is that it dries very quickly. In addition, this polyurethane sealant has good resistance to abrasion and chemical agents.

Two-component, fast curing and waterproof polyurea

TopSealer® Pro+ is a fast curing, two-component polyurea that is waterproof against running water and is suitable for the protection of microcement and concrete coating surfaces. This 100% solids two-component varnish does not require priming, in fact it is designed to be applied in a single coat as it has the ability to fully penetrate into the pores ensuring a complete seal.

This exclusive varnish gives an extra hardness to the microcement as well as preventing water vapour transpiration. In addition, this two-component 100% solids varnish has the ability to enhance the colour of microcement and stamped concrete floors in interiors and exteriors.

If the professional is looking to reduce the gloss of the final finish, a coat of our TopSealer® WT One Coat varnish (satin, matt or super matt finish) or a coat of our TopSealer® DSV varnish (satin, matt or glossy) can be applied afterwards. With any of these combinations, the surface coated with microcement automatically acquires a higher scratch resistance.

There are two types of two-component polyurea TopSealer® Pro + depending on the curing times: Fast and Slow.

Two-component acrylic varnish

Topsealer DSV is a two-component (A + B) solvent-based acrylic polyurethane varnish. This sealer protects surfaces coated with microcement in interiors and exteriors.

This two-component polyurethane sealer confers good resistance to abrasion, scratching, water, ultraviolet light and household cleaning agents.

In addition, it is an acrylic varnish that considerably enhances the colour of micro-cement, concrete, wood or parquet coatings. The three finishes of Topsealer DSV are: matt, gloss and satin.

Presealer 5L

Water-based acrylic varnish

Presealer is a water-based acrylic varnish formulated on the basis of acrylic copolymers in emulsion that is unalterable to humidity. A sealer that stands out for its easy application, high adhesion and excellent resistance to the alkalinity of microcement coatings.

A water-based acrylic varnish used as a sealer for swimming pools in the old Atlanttic Aquaciment® microcement system and which now only acts as a primer for some of our microcement systems.

Presealer has the ability to act as a primer between the microcement and the varnish, consolidating and waterproofing the substrate. Specifically on the Sttandard, Natture two-component microcement systems and the Evoluttion one-component system.

One-component water-based polyurethane varnish

Topsealer® WT All in One is a one-component water-based polyurethane varnish developed for the protection of microcement, especially the ready to use Efectto Quartz.

This polyurethane sealer considerably enhances the colour and provides good abrasion resistance, along with quick drying and easy application.

A water-based polyurethane varnish with good chemical, water and alkaline resistance. In addition, it is unalterable to ultraviolet light. Available in matt and satin.

Topsealer WT Spray is a water-based spray varnish designed to protect surfaces coated with microcement or concrete. In addition to its spray application, unlike other polyurethane sealers, it stands out for its extraordinary hardness and improved chemical and mechanical resistance.

This two-component polyurethane varnish is highly recommended for microcement kitchens and microcement bathrooms. It is perfectly resistant to bleach, detergents, vinegar stains, oil, wine, grease, etc.

Topsealer WT Spray is a water-based spray varnish that is available in gloss and has good resistance to abrasion, scratches, chemical agents, water, alkalis and does not yellow under the action of sunlight.

Water-based Lithium Paint for Pools

Topsealer® WT Pool is a water-based paint formulated with lithium salts, specially designed to optimise the Atlanttic Aquaciment® microcement system for pools.

This easy-to-apply sealant significantly enhances the chemical and wear resistance of microcement-coated pools. It offers absolute durability for pools using Atlanttic Aquaciment®, whether applied on the rim, edges, or basin, including saltwater pools. It also boasts strong alkali resistance.

100% solids aliphatic one-component polyurethane varnish

TopSealer® 100 is a 100% solids, solvent-free polyurethane varnish. A high performance one-component sealer that thanks to its aliphatic property can be applied outdoors due to its high resistance to UV rays.

This 100% solids polyurethane with stain-resistant properties is specially designed to protect microcement coatings, although it is suitable for continuous decorative and industrial flooring, both cementitious and resin-based. It has excellent mechanical resistance for both medium and medium-high traffic.

Its extraordinary abrasion resistance, as well as its good chemical performance, make this varnish a reliable complement for parking lots, supermarkets, libraries, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, offices, cafes, etc.

It has the ability to catalyse at low temperatures, so it can be applied without problems in very cold conditions. It has anti-slip properties and is available in a matt and satin finish.

TopSealer® WT Natural Effect is a polyurethane varnish distinguished by the natural finish it provides to microcement coatings sealed with it. Ideal for professionals looking to protect and enhance a surface while preserving its original appearance. This finish enhances its decorative value.

Composed of two components, this water-based polyurethane varnish with a natural look also stands out for its quick drying time. You only need to wait 4 to 6 hours between coats, which significantly speeds up work on large projects.
