Project Light

Zhengzhou, China
Diseño: 323 Studio

The play of light and shadow is a constant in this project. A contrast that is implicit in the project's own name, "Light", and that contributes to the breadth and expansion of spaces. The key to the interior design of this luxurious housing complex in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou lies in balance. Not only in the way lighting is integrated, but also in the abstract geometric shapes and the colors used.

Everything serves a dual function, practical and aesthetic, like the Microdeck microcement from Topciment® that acts as a continuous floor and staircase cladding connecting all the rooms and the different floors. A decorative cladding that exudes elegance and offers a non-slip, durable and very resistant finish against high traffic and wear by abrasion.

An "Open Plan" design that opens the door to a better life and in which the boundaries of spaces blur to merge into open and clear environments. Continuity, breadth, and ease of movement. Calm of mind, body, and soul.
