How to apply the Ecoclean Pro alkaline concrete cleaner

Ecoclean Pro is a detergent that can be used to clean all types of supports and surfaces. We are going to focus on its application on imprinted concrete.

1. The alkaline concrete cleaner Ecoclean Pro can be applied either concentrated or in solution, up to 1:10 in water, depending on the degree of affection of the surface and the material with which the support is coated.

2. To use this detergent, a synthetic bristle brush, a sprayer, a sponge or alkaline-resistant cleaning machinery is needed.

3. We recommend scrubbing with a brush the areas where our concrete cleaner is poured. In this way, the action of the detergent is promoted in depth.

4. Allow Ecoclean Pro to act between 5 and 15 minutes. Then, rinse with water before the product and the dissolved dirt dry. If possible, with pressurised water. And if it's hot water even better, as it can facilitate the action of the cleaner. Let it dry before proceeding with other treatments.

5. For maintenance tasks, it can be diluted up to 1:10 in water. On large surfaces, we advise carrying out preliminary tests in less visible places with our alkaline concrete cleaner Ecoclean Pro.

Acid descaling detergent Ecoclean Anti Rust

Ecoclean Anti Rust is an extremely effective acid descaler detergent in the removal of rust and lime. A concrete cleaner, completely eco-friendly, that has been designed with biodegradable ingredients and respectful to the environment.

A highly recommended acid descaler detergent for cleaning those surfaces that have been damaged by the effects of rust. Following its application, it is necessary to protect the support with an anticorrosive coating.

A ready-to-use product that does not contain hydrochloric acid, biocides or surfactants. Perfect for finishing off rust residues on ferrous surfaces. An acid descaler that can be used as a limescale remover, cement marks and grouts.

This concrete cleaner, among other materials, reacts with iron oxide forming an iron phosphate derivative that temporarily inactivates the metal against corrosion. To prevent the oxidation from reactivating, the surface must be immediately protected with an anti-corrosive primer.

Being a gel format product, it is very easy to apply on vertical surfaces. An acid descaler that acts in depth on the surfaces on which it is administered. How to apply the Ecoclean Anti Rust acid descaler detergent

1. Protect any surface that is sensitive to acids with plastics, to prevent them from staining or degrading due to possible splashes.

2. Apply the acid descaling detergent Ecoclean Anti Rust with synthetic brush or airless.

3. Allow the product to act for approximately 15 minutes. Check if the degree of deoxidation is adequate. If not, let a few more minutes pass until the desired finish is achieved.

4. Rinse the surface with water until any remaining residue from the Ecoclean Anti Rust acid descaler detergent is removed. Allow to dry.

5. When the substrate is completely dry, clean and dry the piece that has been deoxidised with the help of a cloth soaked in solvent. Repeat the operation just before painting with an anti-corrosive protector.

6. We recommend conducting a preliminary test in a less visible area before using our Ecoclean Anti Rust acid descaler detergent. In this way, it will be easier to detect any possible damage that might not have been considered.

Ecoclean Anti Rust is a corrosive product. It is very important to always consult the safety data sheet.

If by chance the product comes into contact with the eyes, clean with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical assistance.

If it comes into contact with skin, wash with water and soap.

To prevent the product from drying out or thickening, automatically close the lid after each use of it.
