Hernán Cortés Project Valencia, Spain.
Photos: Mariela Apollonio.

This modern dwelling located in a central neighbourhood of the Turia's capital is based on a unique characteristic: its powerful natural light. The arrangement of the rooms, with clear and simple shapes, contributes to the creation of an open space in which there are no elements that break the whole. A minimalist decoration: microcement on the floor, white walls and carefully designed pieces in specific areas. In the bathrooms, the imagination flies and bets are made on truly impressive colours and cladding on floors and walls, choosing Arcocem Oxide Iron 004 and the use of the rust activator as protagonists in one of them.
