Demoulding agents for imprinted concrete that create a completely non-stick surface, prior to the application of the imprinted molds. In this way, it is possible to prevent the molds from adhering to the pavement or wall and not being able to provide their decorative texture.

Our release agents allow any type of template or mold of imprinted concrete and vertical imprinted concrete that is used, can make their mark in the cleanest way possible.

A line of products in which we find on one hand Desmocem® Liquid, a liquid release agent for imprinted concrete; and on the other hand Desmocem® Powder, translate-tag>a release agent in powder version. This last one has the quality of also providing color, so all kinds of contrasts can be created, since there is no need to use the same tone as the mortar or wearing layer.

Release agent for imprinted concrete in liquid form

Desmocem® Liquid is the release agent for liquid imprinted concrete that is part of the Desmocem® release agent family from Topciment. In the same way as its counterpart in powder version, it is a release agent based on aliphatic solvents that perfects the removal of imprinted concrete molds and vertical imprinted concrete.

It is a liquid release agent for imprinted concrete based on solvents that does not require dilution and dries by evaporation. In fact, one of its most notable features is that it offers touch drying in just 1 hour.

Application
Precautions

How to apply the release agent for imprinted concrete

1. Spray the liquid Desmocem® imprinted concrete release agent directly onto the imprinted mold and the surface to be treated.

2. Print by applying certain pressure and demold the piece that has been used.

3. Apply the product using a sprayer, brush or roller. In the case that it is done with a sprayer, respect a distance of between 30 and 40 cm of separation.

4. Coat the surface in such a way that a uniform and homogeneous film is applied. Avoid leaving puddles or placing layers of great thickness.

Regarding the application of this release agent for imprinted concrete liquid and insoluble in water, it should be noted that the ambient and support temperature must be between 5ºC and 30ºC without excessive wind. If by chance the temperature exceeded 35ºC it could cause excessive evaporation of the solvent. If that were to happen, it would therefore have to be reapplied the release agent.

Precautions for the release agent for imprinted concrete Desmocem® Liquid

The liquid and vapors are very flammable. A product that can cause skin irritation, drowsiness or dizziness.

In case the liquid Desmocem® Liquid release agent for imprinted concrete comes into contact with the eyes, clean with plenty of water for about 15 minutes and see a doctor.

If there is contact with skin, wash the affected area with water and soap.

It is necessary to ensure good ventilation.

It is recommended to use a mask with chemical absorbent for organic vapors, protective glasses and rubber gloves.

Close the container lid after each use to prevent it from drying out or thickening.
