Thanks to their excellent chemical stability, our pigments are capable of remaining unaltered in the most extreme environments. The colour is maintained without losing an iota of intensity thanks to its good thermal resistance.

Designed to professionally colour mortars, terrazzo, renders, microcement, prefabricated and plastering mortars. In addition to concrete and imprinted concrete. The intensity of the shade will depend on the amount of pigment used.

Other factors such as the granularity of the aggregates, the ratio between water and cement, the trowelling or the porosity can also affect the colouring of the concrete or mortar.

Within Arcocem®, we have pigments for concrete in powder format, water-based and solvent-based. Each subfamily contemplates its own colour chart, in which there are colours from more intense and vivid to more neutral and pastel tones.

Arcocem® WT Basic water-based pigments for concrete

Arcocem® Basic names the water-based pigments thanks to which all the colours of imprinted concrete from the Topciment chart can be achieved. A ready-to-use product that does not require dilution and offers extraordinary resistance to alkalis and sunlight.

A total of 13 water-dispersed pigmented pastes that can be applied in countless systems: concrete, imprinted concrete, plasters, plastering, microcement, epoxy microcement, concrete repair mortars, etc. Likewise, they are pigments perfectly compatible with our Sealcem® varnishes.

Precautions for water-based concrete pigments Arcocem® WT Basic

The Arcocem® WT Basic pigments are suitable for outdoors. The effects of sunlight do not affect their colour. Only the Intense Red colour may be altered, slightly decreasing its intensity.

Other considerations to keep in mind with these water-based pigments are:

They are not pigment pastes suitable for solvent or 100% solid systems.

We recommend closing the lid after each use so that the product does not dry out or thicken.

In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water.

It's important to have rubber gloves and protective glasses to handle these pigments.

Colours of water-based concrete pigments Arcocem® WT Basic

Blanco, Negro, Negro de Humo, Azul, Magenta, Verde, Rojo, Rojo Naranja, Rojo Intenso, Naranja, Amarillo, Amarillo Limón and Amarillo Vainilla are the 13 pigments for concrete available from Arcocem® WT Basic.

Arcocem Fast® powder pigments for concrete

Arcocem® Fast are the pigments for concrete from Topciment in powder version. Fabulous performance inorganic pigments that incorporate special additives. Specially designed for mass colouring of concretes and mortars, either in plant or on site.

Its formulation promotes the dispersion of the pigment and, consequently, homogeneous and totally stable colourations. Its high resistance to sunlight as well as to alkalinity, make them the best ally for outdoor spaces.

Easy-to-incorporate powder pigments. A dosing system that avoids homogeneity errors in the final colouring. In addition, they do not harm at all the final resistances of the coating nor alter the conditions of consistency and hardening.

Terrazzo, prefabricated or plastering mortars are other materials that can be coloured thanks to Arcocem ®Fast pigments. Products that limit the possible appearance of efflorescence in the future.

Pigments for water-based concrete Arcocem® WT Plus

Arcocem® WT Plus are our single-dose pigments for water-based concrete. Easily mixable pigment pastes that allow us to obtain the different colour charts of Topciment®.

They are used to colour the concrete repair mortars Covercem® Stone and Covercem® Texture, as well as the mineral consolidating coatings Covercem® Monocrom and Covercem® Restaura.

Ready-to-use products that do not require dilution. Suitable for water-based systems and to also give colour to our microcement systems. They guarantee a high colour stability. Over time, they remain undamaged by light or ageing.

Therefore, they are ideal pigments for outdoor concrete. They are very resistant to the effects of sunlight and alkalis. Free from plasticisers, emulsifiers, solvents and ammonia.

Solvent-based pigments for concrete Arcocem® DSV Plus

Arcocem® DSV Plus are our solvent-based concrete pigments. In the same way as with water-based ones, they present extraordinary colour stability both indoors and outdoors.

Single-dose pigments easily miscible. They are mainly used with our solvent-based imprinted concrete varnishes Sealcem® DSV. Thanks to them we obtain the 24 colours from the Stonecem® Floor imprinted mortar chart.

Pigments for concrete that can also be applied to other solvent systems, as well as on cementitious and mineral surfaces such as microcement. They stand out for their excellent resistance to UV rays, thus being perfectly suitable for applications in outdoor spaces. Free from plasticisers and emulsifiers.
